The country’s only legal DTH (Direct-to-Home) service provider Akash has built a strategic partnership with sheba.xyz and EasyTrax, a press statement said.

Under the agreement sheba.xyz and EasyTrax will sell Akash DTH connections through their platform.

Beximco Communi-cations Limited recently signed separate agreements with sheba.xyz and EasyTrax at the company’s headquarter in Gulshan, Dhaka.

Muhammad Abul Khair Chowdhury, head of marketing and strategic sales of Beximco Communications Limited, Jahir Uddin, chief financial officer of sheba.xyz, and Abul Bashar Sharif, chief operating officer of EasyTrax, signed the agreements on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under the agreement the on-demand digital household service marketplace sheba.xyz and digital service provider EasyTrax will keep selling Akash DTH connections through their channels to reach more customers. They expect that the partnerships will help to improve the state of entertainment and infotainment in Bangladesh by expanding DTH connections in different corners of the country.
